Twitterrific for Twitter App Reviews

So far Twitterrific is the best one. Single window, translations ... the only thing I would like to see more is Growl integration.

This is the best software on the planet for sharing and receiving tweets. If you got doubts, you should not, trust me. All is perfect, and so nice. But the soft is certainly a bit too expensive. The developer could and should sell it for a price two times lower.

Lacks of REAL keyboard navigation (just arrows guys, really?), real time twitting and more settings. The official Twitter app still the best choice, and its free. Ive been patiently waiting for this app since they gave a teaser screenshot of it. I have been using the iOS versions on my iPad and iPhone since the new versions came out because I was tired of the constant errors on Tweetie/Twitter. I cant let you all know enough how much better my life is now that I have Twitterific across all of my Apple products. Simple, clean, easy to use design with enough flexibility to do the things I want without it being overly complicated. And I love my dark theme and never want anyone to take it away from me. Instagram support is amazing too. Thanks so much Icon Factory!

I switched from the official free Twitter app as soon as this app came available. Proof positive that you get what you paid for. Twitterrific is beautiful, easy to use yet feature packed. As good as any of its iOS counterparts.

This is definitely one of the best looking twitter apps around. I rarely buy apps in favour of using the free versions. This is one app I am glad I purchased, and you will be too.

Fantastic update, Iconfactory! The Dark interface is very sleek, and I love how you guys responded to user requests so quickly (adding in Growl and "load links in background" within weeks). My only wish at this point is to see Twitterrific remember window positions across different display combinations. Great job! Keep up the fantastic work!

Ive tried a half-dozen or so desktop apps for Twitter and this remains my favorite for features and functionality. I also have it on my iPad and iPhone. Highly recommended!

Ive been a fan of Twitterrific since the beginning and its the program that made me really fall in love with Twitter. As it has evolved the balance between features and simplicity has been just right with the emphasis on a simple and solid interface. Its constantly open on my MacBook Pro and with the new Helvetica font its even nicer to look at. The biggest strength of Twitterific is the unified timeline with the colour coding of the different types of messages. With the pop-overs it keeps the focus on the timeline and maintains the simplicity. The best update to the latest version is the autocompletion of usernames which saves me a lot of time when wanting to reply or send a direct message. Just start typing after the @ or a d to have row of names (and icons) appear for quickly sending something. A great update for one of my essential apps.

Good Job , the latest update has made twitterrific one of the best tweeting apps.I wanted to rate it and give 5 stars but the app Still lacking the ability to tweet longer tweets.Overall , I am happy with the latest version.

Twitterrific is easily one of the best Twitter clients available. Theres no doubt that it is far superiour to the official Twitter app. The new tweet marker feature is especially sweet. It sure is nice to *finally* have a service to properly synchronise my Twitter feed between my desktop and iPhone. Its something Twitter should have supported natively a long time ago.

Bought this just for TweetMarker, and generally because IconFactory is one of the good guys. Buy this to contribute to their legal defense fund vs patent trolls!!

Contacted Twitter support and never got an answer - terrible support. Notifications dont work - nofications with growl dont work. The only way to find out if there are new tweets is to open the program. Deleting this garbage and going back to the official Twitter app - at least the icon lights up and notified me when there are new tweets.

Love the app, but It would be extremely helpful if it allowed Re-Tweeting.

The only thing that I didnt like in this app is the new tweets. Each time I have to REFRESH to get the new tweets + I hope that the icon on the status bar shows a sign that I got a new tweet, mention, andor messaage. Also, if you could provide us in the new update with an icon on the status bar that shows any color when receiving any action besides a small number that indecates which account I receive an action on. OVERALL = Thank you & keep updating the app NOTE: PLEASE let me feel that with this review I helped to improve this awesme app by updating it :)

Bought it mostly for TweetMarker support as its amazing and works good in this app. I was suprised to find out everything this app offers. My MAC Twitter client of choice for a few weeks now. I prefer official Twitter app look and feel but Twitterrific offers way more.

Nice interface and feature set, but there are two major issues that made me look for other Twitter clients. The first is a faulty timeline. Instead of always loading tweets according their time of publication, it loads a mix of recent AND old tweets. You have to fight with your timeline in order to refresh it properly. When you do that every day, it becomes annoying. The second is lack of reliability when refreshing followers when new people are following you. You see an updated count, but not the new names. Having to delete and re-create an account every other day also is annoying.

But no automatic update… Not so usefull
